Before starting i will ask few questions.
1) Do you think hard work is important in success?
2) If you are doing some job, Hard work really improves your earning and help in getting promotion?
So, i think you got the answer most people definitely in favour of working hard for getting success. Also, think working hard is the only way to earn money from home.
But in reality
--Success is directly proportional to working hard: In day today life, We see peoples in offices, Higher the post higher will be the earning. And clerk under him will work hard and not get paid enough. Plus ofiicers will kick him and take more and more work from them.
Whatever Lazy peoples do little work, never get tons of works from his boss. Boss always give his work to hard working favorite clerk. And always think him as idiot. also never get enought respect too.
How average guy perform better then Intelligents/studious
In life most average guys are far more successful then highly intelligent guys. Also, company requires overall personality rather then 9 point GPA. They have basic understanding of life.
Also taller people earn more money.
Same also true for Make money online / Earn money from home.

I already told it is controversial topic. I am doing lot of hard work for learning best SEO for every single page with content and trying to learn which niche which will pay better without competition.
I hope this hard work let me sleep after few years...in a lazy way.
Hard work is essential but it should be followed by Smart work too :)
Mixture of hard work and smart work, I do hard work But working hard helps you to learn many things. Then, you can do smart work later.
